Project Manager (Internal Operations)

Project Management Role

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage internal projects from kickoff to delivery
• Create timelines, tasks, and milestones in ClickUp

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with department heads to align on goals, deliverables, and expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum

Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve workflows
• Help roll out standardized project management practices across departments

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain clean and updated documentation (status reports, risk logs, post-project summaries)
• Provide timely updates to the Head of PMO and highlight any blockers or wins

Resource Management:

• Assist in coordinating internal resources and timelines
• Monitor budgets to help ensure cost-effective project delivery

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in project management (startup, agency, or internal ops preferred)
• Strong familiarity with ClickUp (must-have)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management experience
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
