Love live events? Want to be part of the action? We're looking for friendly, outgoing Guest Experience Representatives to help create unforgettable experiences for fans and visitors. You'll be the face of the venue, welcoming guests, answering questions, and making sure everyone has a safe and fun time.

What You'll Do

Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude

Help fans find their seats, restrooms, and concessions

Answer questions about the event and venue

Assist with ticketing or entry issues

Keep an eye out for guest safety and comfort

Be a problem-solver and go-to helper for all things guest-related

What We're Looking For

A people person who enjoys helping others

Great communication and teamwork skills

Cool under pressure, even when it gets busy

Reliable and ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Prior customer service experience is awesome but not required - we'll train you!
