Full Charge Bookkeeper

Benefits : This position is eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(K) benefits.

Pay : $55-65K

Responsibilities :

• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, excluding tax preparation and filing
• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including job costing allocations
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with project billing, including progress billings and lien waivers as needed
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and industry standards
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support financial reporting and job cost tracking
