About the Company : The Operations Support & Reporting Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Associate Director of Operations by tracking daily workflows, flagging operational red flags, and assisting in the development of internal reports that help guide decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor operational workflow summaries to identify issues or trends that require follow-up
  • Build and maintain internal reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, Excel, and VBA
  • Work closely with operational teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into usable tools
  • Support leadership in day-to-day project tracking, flagging delays or bottlenecks
  • Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry, task tracking, and report formatting
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of workflows by providing feedback and reporting insights
  • Learn and use company-specific software platforms (including Aspen Grove)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and VBA
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and / or Python for data manipulation and reporting required
  • Willingness to learn industry tools such as Aspen Grove
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific tools and business processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in business operations, data analysis, and continuous improvement
