Job Title: Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled Office Assistant with good experience to join our team,

Responsibilities

• Answer and correctly route all incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries promptly in a courteous, professional manner
• Handle all shipping and receiving of mail and packages
• Tracking and ordering necessary supplies
• Assist Accounting with receipt tracking for credit card reconciliation, employee expense reporting, and mailing checks

Requirements

• Verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Working knowledge of basic office equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

$15 to $20 per hour
