Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers while managing overseas resources and ensuring quality expectations

Contribute to complex builds and lead high-quality custom WordPress development across various platforms

Improve development workflows, documentation, and automation of QA and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of development experience

3-5+ years of leadership experience managing developers

Expert-level WordPress and front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Strong version control and technical SEO implementation knowledge

Experience with website launches at scale and improving QA systems
