Our client is a community bank that is seeking to add a Credit Analyst to their staff in the Holdrege, Nebraska area. This individual will get a chance to work with 4 loan officers and the bank President to assist in their credit analysis. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of credit analysis experience. They will train a recent college graduate or add a seasoned credit person to their staff. The purpose of the hire will be for them to become a loan officer as they do have retirements coming. The credits are typically from $1 to $3 million in size. They do ag credits as well as small commercial loans.
