We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to jumpstart their career in communications and public relations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our communications efforts and helping to enhance our organization’s brand and visibility. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of communication strategies, engaging with various stakeholders, and crafting compelling content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
  • Support daily social media management including content creation, scheduling, and engagement monitoring.
  • Conduct research to help inform communication strategies and messaging initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including promotional activities and logistics.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication effectiveness.
  • Help maintain and update the company website and other digital communication platforms.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
