Salary : $50,000 - $75,000

SERVPRO Team Marchese is seeking a skilledConstruction Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from estimate to completion. If you enjoy helping people through difficult situations, excel in fast-paced environments, and deliver exceptional customer service, this role may be your perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer experience, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform final walk-throughs, resolve punch lists, and manage warranty activities.
  • Evaluate, estimate, and sell reconstruction projects.
  • Document scope of work and create accurate Xactimate estimates.
  • Obtain permits and coordinate with adjusters, inspectors, and engineers.
  • Create schedules, manage budgets, and ensure job profitability.
  • Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and crews.
  • Ensure all work meets local codes, specifications, and SERVPRO quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED required.
  • Construction and / or restoration experience strongly preferred.
  • Xactimate experience required.
  • IICRC Certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel (occasional overnights).
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, and work in construction environments.
