The Backbone of Our Success, Our Local Leaders:

Tim Smith is a Regional Director who has been with Modern Woodmen for 12 years and took on his current role in 2018. A former Austin College football player, he now lives in Denton, TX with his wife. Tim was raised in an Air Force family and brings that foundation of support and accountability into his leadership. He is passionate about developing systems that empower motivated business owners. A devoted husband and father, he enjoys spending time with his family and supporting student athletes.

Roque Moreira is a Manager based in Dallas who joined Modern Woodmen in November after previously working in management with a competitor. A family-oriented member of the LDS church, Roque has three boys and is actively involved in his church and community. He is a strong advocate for the Hispanic market and currently serves as President of the Greater North Texas Chamber of Commerce.

Jackson Hauser is a Managing Partner based in Dallas who began his career with Modern Woodmen in 2016 after graduating from TCU. He has always aspired to work in a client-facing role and now leads a team of three. Jackson is married and passionate about sports, especially TCU and Dallas teams. He enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with his golden retriever.


Tim Eaton is a Managing Partner in Denton who transitioned to Modern Woodmen from a 17-year career in Bank of America’s mortgage division. A former Marine, Tim is deeply committed to supporting veterans. He recently married his wife Tiffany and has three sons. Known for his accountability and people-first leadership style, Tim is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those he leads and serves.


Meghann Moon is a Senior Advisor and Investment Advisor Representative who came to Modern Woodmen after a 17-year career in hospitality sales and management. Outside of work, Meghann enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two pets. She brings warmth, dedication, and a client-centered approach to her role in financial services.

About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Financial Representatives in the Smith Region. In this role, you will:

• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our members
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the community
• Engage in community service and outreach programs
• Support the growth and development of the local office under the guidance of our local team
