Academic Geriatrics and Palliative Care

Springfield, Illinois

Position Highlights :

  • Work-Life Balance : 3.5 days of clinic and 1.5 days of dedicated administrative time
  • Desirable Practice Setting : Join a team of 3 Geriatricians, 3 APPs and a Behavioral Health team
  • Favorable Call Schedule : No call but there will be 6-8 weeks a year of inpatient rounding with residents
  • Culture : Positive, collegial, learning environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Salary : Guaranteed Salary based on experience
  • Additional Bonus Incentives : 10% of total base salary paid quarterly
  • Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package : Excellent benefits package comparable to all academic institutions
  • Relocation Assistance : $10,000
