• You code really well: We mostly use Python and TypeScript, but we don’t care what you’re most proficient in today—as long as you learn fast.

• You are detail obsessed: You have experience writing code that stands up to the unpredictability of the physical world, where the small details are the difference between success and failure.

• You are "Fluid": We are a lean team. If you only want to work on a "niche thing" or are uncomfortable helping other teams when they need a boost, this isn't the place for you. We expect you to figure out what you need to get stuff done.

Our Technical Ecosystem (SEO for the curious): While we value problem-solving over specific syntax, you’ll likely spend your time working with:

• Languages: Python, TypeScript, C++, SQL.

• Frameworks and Tools: NestJS, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React, Sentry.

• Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Linux, IoT Edge Devices.

• Specialties: Computer Vision (OpenCV), ML Integration, Payment Processing.

The Role: Software Engineer (Recent Graduate)

The Mission: Forget the "shadowing" and the "simulated projects." At Blissway, you will be given real ownership from Week 1. You will work across our different "startups" to solve 1-to-100 scaling problems:

• Ship Production Code: Contribute to the "Secret Sauce" that identifies millions of cars daily.

• Full-Stack Exposure: Help build intuitive tools for government agencies and front-end interfaces for human reviewers.

• Edge-to-Cloud Logic: Write software that lives on roadside hardware and the servers that process its data.

• Rapid Prototyping: Work alongside senior mentors to integrate ML models that improve highway safety in real-time.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Class of 2025 or 2026).

• Portfolio: A track record of building things—be it side projects, open-source contributions, or high-impact internships.

• Mindset: You are a "fully formed adult." You don't wait for a manual; you figure out what you need to get stuff done and you do it in a professional manner. You understand that feedback is critical to growth and you welcome it.
