Title : Technical Recruiter (Contract Remote UK or London Hybrid)
Location : Remote within the United Kingdom, or Hybrid (London Office)

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our embedded recruitment team supporting one of the world's most recognized and fast-growing technology companies. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping scale technical teams across the UK and EMEA by attracting and hiring exceptional talent. You'll serve as a true talent partnerowning everything from sourcing and strategy to candidate experience and offer negotiation.
This role can be based remotely within the United Kingdom or hybrid from our London office.
What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to design and deliver tailored recruiting strategies
- Develop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to build robust pipelines for technical roles
- Manage the full candidate lifecyclefrom initial contact through offer negotiationensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, optimize recruiting practices, and help shape hiring strategies
- Work collaboratively with internal clients and cross-functional teams to ensure hiring outcomes align with organizational goals
