**Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, demonstrate empathy in patient care, and work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical services. The LPN will monitor patients, provide vital care, and ensure patient comfort while adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and doctors.
- Monitor patient health, documenting and reporting changes in patient status.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist in wound care management, including cleaning and dressing wounds.
- Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collect samples for testing and perform routine laboratory tests.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Keep accurate and timely records of patient care, treatment plans, and medical histories.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and implement patient care plans.

**Qualifications:**

- Current LPN licensure with the state board of nursing.
- Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting or long-term care environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficient in medical software and technologies.
