Researches, develops, and maintains a training curriculum and departmental workflows and work processes for Claims Operations staff. Provides training and performs quality reviews during training periods.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference may be given to candidates with one or more of the following: (1) industry standard coding formats experience, (2) medical claims processing/billing, and/or (3) skilled in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
