Key Responsibilities

Own full life cycle recruiting across various corporate roles including technology, sales, marketing, and finance

Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and drive timely hiring decisions

Manage candidate experience from communication to offer support and contribute to recruiting process improvements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines

Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively engage talent

Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders

High level of autonomy and judgment in decision-making

Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong interest in technology-driven recruiting improvements
