Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following established protocols with utmost diligence.
• Review results for accuracy, address any discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are calibrated and maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist in specimen collection when required and meticulously prepare samples for testing.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to legal and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Eligibility to obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certifications for the duration of employment.
