Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service processes in alignment with EPC project delivery models.? Act as the SME for Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) or similar platforms, managing scheduling, dispatching, job execution, technician mobility, and resource utilization.? Support integration between field service operations and core project systems such as Oracle Projects, SCM, Inventory, and Asset Management.? Define and streamline workflows for equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, site inspections, and field progress reporting.? Ensure real-time visibility of field activities to project teams, enabling better forecasting, resource planning, and cost control.? Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure cohesive end-to-end service processes.? Lead training, documentation, testing, and change management during implementations and upgrades.
