Join our dynamic Med Surg team and help care for a diverse range of patients. Collaborate with Aurora Physicians across various specialties to deliver safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include :

Assessing patient needs and implementing personalized care plans.

Coordinating discharge planning and providing patient education.

Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the AHA

Education Required :

Completion of an accredited nursing program

Experience Required :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
