A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives focused on trial activation and engagement
Design and operationalize engagement playbooks that guide prospects from awareness into trials
Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine engagement strategies to improve conversion and activation
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
Prior experience managing and scaling customer-facing teams
Experience working within PLG, trial-led, or hybrid GTM models
Comfortable operating with data, signals, and performance metrics to guide decisions
Understanding of buyer behavior and trust-building before purchase decisions
