Civil Designer

ATSS has a client in Mobile, AL in need of a Civil Designer.

Duties:

·Perform design from concept to implementation

·Perform research to back up design

·Perform engineering documentation

·Perform other items as directed by a senior engineer or discipline lead

Responsibilities:

·Ensure project documents are accurately prepared

·Have extensive knowledge of common software programs

·Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and related software programs to perform routine duties.

·Organizing and maintaining existing engineering records

·Ensure design components adhere to applicable industry standards

·Ensure work product is checked/approved by a senior engineer or discipline lead

·Ensure work product meets project requirements

·Ensure work is completed on or before scheduled milestones including coordination and approvals

·Ensure work is completed within assigned budgets

·Attention to detail

·Mentoring designers and drafters

·Relay apparent training needs to department manager

Qualifications:

Requires 3 years of experience as a Civil Designer or related position.
