A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with support teams to resolve issues
Develop and execute strategies for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling aligned with client needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client management or technical customer success in a revenue-carrying role
Proven success in negotiating contracts and expanding accounts for mid-market or enterprise clients
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and user support
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Experience with fundraising-related tools and knowledge of advancement business processes preferred
