Instrument Assembler

Job Location : Elkridge, MD

Salary Range : $54,517.00 - $132,658.00

Pay Rate : $20 / hr

Citizenship Requirement : U.S. Citizenship Required.

Shift : 1st or 2nd shift (to be discussed during interview).

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow safety rules at all times.
  • Assemble parts, machines, and equipment based on drawings and instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Perform quality checks during and after assembly.
  • Safely use cranes and rigging equipment.
  • Prepare products for shipping.
  • Handle basic hydraulic systems and shaft alignments.
  • Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of prior experience as an Assembler; preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use basic math and measuring tools.
  • Comfortable working on elevated equipment and surfaces.
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
