POSITION SUMMARY

This IT Project Manager, Administrative and Revenue Cycle applications plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired healthcare facilities into the HSA Corporate health system's technology infrastructure. This individual oversees end-to-end IT project execution related to M&A activities, including due diligence, systems assessment, infrastructure alignment, and EMR / EHR onboarding. Working closely with leadership from IT, Revenue Cycle operations, compliance, and vendor partners, the Project Manager ensures timely, secure, and cost-effective technology transitions that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Administrative and Revenue Cycle IT Applications team to support system implementation initiatives across key operational workflows. Focus areas will include, but are not limited to :

This role will play a vital part in ensuring seamless integration and functionality of systems that support efficient patient and financial operations.

While the initial and primary focus of this role with be on large scale hospital acquisitions, this position is part of a dynamic and dynamic Project Management Office and, over time, may be assigned to lead or support other IT projects based on organizational needs, workload, and project volume.
