Cyber Security Analyst

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to support cybersecurity efforts within the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support cybersecurity efforts across multiple projects and monitor cyber priorities

Coordinate security and privacy activities within project teams and develop related artifacts

Review system / application security controls and ensure timely delivery of security artifacts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with experience achieving ATO for VA or Federal projects

Strong understanding of FISMA, NIST-800-53, HIPAA, and HITECH Act

Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

Security+ or other applicable certification
