Insulation Installer

Join a long-established insulation contractor providing a wide range of residential and commercial insulation services across the Midwest. The work shift is from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Contractors will start and end their day at the office, receiving their work orders before heading to the project site.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation including fiberglass, cellulose, wall spray cellulose, spray foam, blown-in, and batt insulation.
• Execute projects for new construction, retrofit, historic homes, commercial, and residential settings.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for cutting, fitting, and installation tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks as required.
• Ensure accurate execution of instructions and maintain attention to detail throughout the project.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a construction general laborer role.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with carpentry, electrical work, blueprints, and inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
