We are a fast-growing State Farm Insurance Agency located in Patchogue, NY, and are looking for outgoing, career-oriented people to join our sales team. As the leading personal lines insurer in the United States, State Farm provides expert training on its products and systems and the possibility of future business ownership.

As a licensed team member, you will develop quality relationships with clients by presenting the right State Farm product to meet each client's unique & specific needs, and by providing continued exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop leads, identify customer needs & present the right products and services
  • Preparing quotes, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to new & existing clients
  • Handling incoming requests, calling internet leads, and engaging with local businesses
  • Maintaining a loyal customer base to generate new business referrals.
  • Meeting & exceeding individual sales goals

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Be able to pass NY State Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licensing exams
  • Must be ambitious, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people.
  • Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to success each and every day!
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Must work well in a team setting.
  • Bilingual strongly preferred : English / Spanish
