Family Medicine Physician
Location: Elgin, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality clinical care to a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working within a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare organization.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree (or equivalent)
- Current and unrestricted Illinois State Medical License
- Active DEA Certificate
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (actively pursuing certification preferred)
- Ability to successfully complete credentialing and obtain full clinical privileges
