Yard Material Handler

Talascend is currently seeking a Yard Material Handler for a contract opportunity located in Odessa, TX.

Overview:

This position will assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, locating and tracking equipment numbers, cleaning and staging equipment, and preparing assets for oilfield operations. This role supports service readiness for frac, wellhead, flowback , and other field applications, working closely with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate asset handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Locate and verify equipment numbers
• Clean, stage, and organize equipment in the yard
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill service asset needs
• Prepare and inspect equipment for deployment to oilfield applications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an oilfield or industrial yard environment preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track equipment accurately
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
