Hiring CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers

Job description :

TransLand is contracting experienced CDL A owner operator truck drivers for dry van or flatbed positions. Gross up to $235,000 a year and see why we've been awarded Best Fleets to Drive For Winner in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 by The Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge.

Owner Operator Truck Driver

  • Top drivers gross up to $225,000-$235,000 per year , depending on trailer
  • Earn 72% of line haul
  • 100% of accessorials including stop pay, detention pay, and fuel surcharge
  • No touch freight - tarping and securement required for Flatbed
  • Home bi-weekly : 10-12 days out, 2 days home
  • No forced dispatch with 24 / 7 support
  • OTR Flatbed & Dry Van positions available

    • Driver Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 1 year verifiable CDL-A experience
  • 1 year of current Flatbed securement experience
  • Over dimensional experience preferred
