Job Description:

Total Care Medical Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As an LPN with us, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitor and document patient vitals, health conditions, and responses to treatment.

- Assist RNs and physicians in providing comprehensive patient care.

- Ensure patient comfort and maintain a safe environment.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

- Valid Ohio LPN license.

- Current BLS/CPR certification.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Prior experience in long-term care, hospitals, or home health preferred.
