Position : Premium Services Game Day Associate

Department : Premium Services

Reporting Relationship : Director of Premium Services

Work Schedule : Part-Time (event days)

Overview :

The Premium Services Game Day Associate position will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to VIP guests, suite holders, and club members during NFL games, MLS matches, and special events at Bank of America Stadium. As a member of the Premium Services team, you'll assist in operating and supporting luxury suites, suite clubs, membership clubs, and hospitality villages, ensuring all premium guests enjoy a seamless, first-class experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service to suite holders, club members, and VIP guests in all premium spaces.
  • Greet and assist clients and guests upon arrival, offering wayfinding, general information, and support throughout the event.
  • Monitor and support the functionality, cleanliness, and readiness of assigned premium areas.
  • Assist with event setup, and breakdown.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Premium Services Team to ensure seamless communication and elevated guest experience.
  • Handle client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to full-time staff as needed.
  • Represent Tepper Sports & Entertainment with professionalism and hospitality.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a team-first attitude.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (e.g., lifting supplies, setting up spaces)

    • Qualifications :

  • College Degree or actively pursuing a College Degree
  • Prior customer service, event operations, or hospitality experience preferred (experience in a premium or luxury setting is a plus).
  • Strength in teamwork, professionalism and time management
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow directions independently.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with scheduled events.
