Required Qualifications :

• Coursework / Training - Training in institutional food preparation.
• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year - Cooking experience, preferably as a grill / short order cook.
