• Design & Implement ABA Programs: Create individualized treatment plans that drive meaningful progress
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide clinical decisions
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Provide supportive coaching and clinical leadership
• Collaborate with Families: Partner with caregivers to set goals and celebrate successes
• Balanced Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy flexibility with a mix of in-clinic and remote work
• Stay Current: Engage in ongoing training and evidence-based best practices

Requirements

Your Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
• Passion for Compassionate Care – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.
• Adaptable & Driven – Comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments, adjusting to evolving needs.
