Patient Support : Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments with ease and efficiency. Program Expertise : Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients. Administrative Excellence : Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally. Billing and Inventory : Support billing and coding tasks and monitor daily inventory levels for clinical and office supplies. Document Management : Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records. Clinic Upkeep : Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards. Team Collaboration : Embrace opportunities to learn and train in new roles, contributing to the clinic’s success. Customer Service Skills : Front desk reception or customer service experience (preferred, but not required). Medical Experience : Familiarity with a medical setting (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!). Language Skills : Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required). Enthusiasm for Learning : Eagerness to develop new skills in the medical field, with comprehensive training provided in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more.
