The purpose of this position is the routine maintenance of the Detroit Housing Commission's buildings and grounds to ensure a clean and safe environment. This includes cleaning and sanitizing common areas, maintaining landscaping, and performing minor repairs.

Key responsibilities include :

• Cleaning and sanitizing buildings and common areas
• Maintaining landscaping and grounds
• Performing minor repairs

This position reports to the Property Manager and is non-exempt.
