As Managing Criminal Defense Paralegal, you will juggle multiple management tasks, coordinate with attorneys, law enforcement, witnesses, and prosecutors, and keep our team sharp and prepared for every court appearance. • Competitive Compensation: Base Salary: $100,000 per year.
• Benefits:
• Time off: 30 paid days off annually. 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of private criminal law paralegal experience
• Full-time, in-office role
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Skilled in drafting pleadings and court filings with proper attachments/exhibits
• Knowledge of Arizona Superior Court filing procedures
• Professional communication skills with clients, law enforcement, and opposing counsel
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency
• Familiarity with Clio software preferred
• Ability to manage and direct a minimal caseload and train/manage a team of four paralegals and four administrative assistants
• Strong grammar, writing, and file management skills
