Medical Assembler

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is teaming up with a leading optics company! We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable manufacturing technicians to join their second shift team. These roles support the production of high-quality ophthalmic devices in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in tight spaces, using microscopes and small hand tools, and following precise procedures. Initial training will be provided on first shift before transitioning to second shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble and inspect small medical components using microscopes and precision hand tools
• Follow detailed work instructions and SOPs in a regulated cleanroom environment
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards at all times
