Arnold Dental is searching for an outstanding clinician to take the reins after an extended, in-person mentorship with current dentist J. Fred Arnold, III, DMD, FAACD. Dr. Arnold has led this practice into one that excels in cosmetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation, along with state-of the-art general dentistry. He believes in the standards of credentialing of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (aacd.com), having served in numerous leadership capacities on various AACD boards and committees.

We are looking for you :

• If you understand that there are measurable, repeatable, specific principles of beauty and function that you embrace and cannot keep from wanting to learn more
• If you would give (fill in the blank) to work alongside and be mentored in-office by an AACD accredited fellow who has mentored countless dentists to AACD accreditation & fellowship
• If you place relationships with patients & team first. Period.
• If you appreciate being valued and compensated highly. We are strictly a fee-based office. Our patients pay us at the time of service and we can file their insurance as an out of network provider. Our brand does not offer discounts, adjustments or sales, so you are paid as a percentage of the full fee, which we set ourselves.
• If you value having an in-house AACD accredited lab for esthetic porcelain restorations. Our lab tech is simply outstanding.
