Pay Rate : $27.50 - $29.50

General Manager – Lead the Lounge with Passion & Purpose!

At Burger Lounge , we don't just serve up epic, grass-fed burgers—we create experiences. And to do that, we need rockstar leaders who bring energy, heart, and hustle to the table. As our General Manager , you'll be the captain of the ship , balancing hands-on restaurant operations with a smart business strategy to keep the vibes high and the burgers sizzling.

What You'll Do

Hands-On Leadership (70%)

  • Keep quality, safety, and service standards top-tier
  • Manage prep, portioning, and customer flow to reduce wait times
  • Be a problem-solving pro —jump in where needed
  • Lead by example with next-level hospitality and team spirit
  • Oversee cleanliness and sanitation—because details matter

Business & Strategy (30%)

  • Own the P&L game —drive sales, manage costs, and grow the business
  • Build a strong community presence to attract new and returning guests
  • Hire, train, and develop an all-star team
  • Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards

    • What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Cool under pressure—fast-paced environments are your jam
  • A leader at heart —you inspire, motivate, and rally the team
  • Strong business skills—budgeting, cost controls, and strategy are second nature
  • Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)
  • ServeSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
