Job Title : Receptionist

Duration : 3 months

Location :  onsite daily in Cleveland, OH - 2020 Center Street #100, Cleveland, OH 44113

Hours :   PART -TIME ideally 4-5 hours per day, M-F

Pay rate- $23.70 / hr

  • Ideally 4-5 hours per day, totaling 20-25 hours per week

Job Description :

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area that reflects the company's brand and values.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are handled promptly and directed to the appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate with office vendors and service providers to support efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment and overall workplace experience.
