IT Project Manager

Requirements:

• Manage project execution to show adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Monitor and track milestones and deliverables.
• Assess customer needs and priorities.
• Initiate and review modifications to project plans.
• Responsible for migrating IT Service Management functions and application integrations from BMC Footprint environment to ServiceNow (SNOW) version.
• Implement new functionalities within SNOW.
• Understand requirements from service management process owners to translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare high and low level design of the technical requirements.
• Provide technical assistance; guide with design, approach and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with process owners to design, develop, test and implement change requests including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and IT Project Management.
• Responsible to deliver end to end methodologies within ServiceNOW including architecting technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors & management, and coordinating with administrators.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field in Engineering with 5 years of progressive experience (combination of degrees or experience to equate to a bachelor’s degree is acceptable) or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in managing site wide infrastructure and new/existing program expansion projects.
• Experience in skills such as IT policies and procedures, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery Management.
• Must possess ServiceNow certifications as System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist and Master Architect.
