Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager – Home Care

• Mileage reimbursement or Company Car Program

• Flexible, daytime schedule :  Full-time, Monday–Friday, with limited holiday rotation (about two holidays per year) and occasional weekend rotation based on staffing
