What a Day Looks Like

At our High Point, NC (27260) facility, you’ll start by reviewing the day’s jobs, loading programs, and dialing in workholding to hit spec the first time. You’ll verify dimensions against blueprints, watch cycle performance, and make targeted offsets to keep parts running true. Along the way, you’ll keep machines maintained, troubleshoot issues before they become downtime, and partner with teammates to shave seconds without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run CNC equipment to manufacture precise components that meet print.
• Read and interpret drawings / blueprints to verify features, tolerances, and materials.
• Monitor cycle performance, adjusting tooling, offsets, and feeds / speeds to hold accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to sustain uptime.
• Inspect completed parts for conformance and document results as required.
• Work with peers to streamline processes, boost throughput, and reduce waste.
• Keep your area organized and safe, following all shop safety practices.
