Position : IT Business Analyst Warehouse Management Systems

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain focusing on supply chain and distribution operations.
• Possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations including end-to-end system integrations across CRM Order Management WMS TMS Procurement and Financial Systems.
• Analyze complex business problems gather and interpret data and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Plan execute and oversee software implementation and rollout activities ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Development Configuration QA and Business Operations-to drive project success.
• Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in solution design configuration and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences translating complex concepts into clear concise language.
