[job_card.job_description]Monitor and resolve service tickets and system alerts. Maintain accurate system and software inventories. Administer and support M365, MS Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, and virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) Manage backup, archival, and identity / access management processes. Identify recurring issues and drive process automation and efficiency improvements. Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and operational standards 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure support. Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, M365, Active Directory, DNS , and virtualization technologies Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud storage solutions Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset. Ability to provide occasional support outside standard business hours. Experience with enterprise backup and monitoring tools Knowledge of IAM platforms and automation Understanding of hybrid infrastructure and cloud integrations

About the Role
As a Systems Administrator, you will :

- Serve as a key administrator for M365 and Exchange platforms.
- Collaborate with IT engineers and vendors to ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
