Automotive Detailer

D’Addario Auto Group is a family-owned and operated dealership proudly serving the Shelton, CT community since 1968.
With over 50 years of automotive excellence, we are seeking a full-time Automotive Detailer to join our New and Used Vehicle Detail Department.

This position focuses primarily on preparing new vehicles for customer delivery.
We are a high-volume dealership and are looking for a motivated, experienced Detailer who takes pride in their work and consistently delivers a “WOW” factor.

Schedule:

• Full-time (42 hours per week)
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturdays are required and are a busy day for the Detail Department

Responsibilities include:

• Detailing new (and occasionally used) vehicles to dealership standards
• Preparing vehicles for customer delivery
• Following established processes and procedures
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional detailing experience required
• Buffing experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Passion for cars and pride in workmanship
• Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable
• Valid and clean driver’s license required
