As a Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordinator - Associate within the Leverage Finance and Debt Capital Markets team at JPMorganChase, you will support the execution and closing of complex loan transactions. You will manage a pipeline of active syndicated transactions and assist with inquiries from Borrowers, Lenders, and Arrangers.

Job Responsibilities :

Support execution and closing of complex loan transactions, including new deals, refinancing, and amendments.
Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility and risk mitigation.
Review internal loan-related spreadsheets for accuracy and advise on funding mechanics.
Coordinate pre-closing requirements with internal and external clients.
Initiate and coordinate trade settlement processes for Institutional Term Loan transactions.
Assist with inquiries related to the closing process and schedule conference calls.
Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities :

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in Syndicated Loan experience.

Knowledge of Syndicated Loan products and business, including Credit Agreements and deal structures.

Experience in collecting and reviewing pre-syndicated loan documentation.

Ability to collaborate with team members and senior management with strong communication skills.

Ability to operate in a challenging environment and learn new systems quickly.

Critical decision-making abilities and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities :

Experience in investment banking or financial services.

Familiarity with trade settlement processes and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
