We are looking for an Outdoor enthusiast who shares our same passion for the activites that we are known for; Hiking, Camping, Paddle Sports, you name it, we have the right product for that next adventure. As a PT Floor Supervisor , you'll act as the manager-on-duty and lead by example, enabling a knowledgeable and friendly sales staff while driving overall store performance. A PT Supervisor also carries keys, is responsible for opening and closing the building as needed, and oversees the general merchandise flow and visual presentation of the store. This is an hourly, entry-level Part-time store management position, where you can expect to average 15-20 houres per week. Success in this role could lead into greater career advancement and development, such as a Full-time Supervisor role within the organization.
