Job Title : Business Development Representative

Location : Puget Sound Region (covering 46 greenfield zones)

Were seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence across 46 greenfield zones in the Puget Sound area. This role is all about forging authentic community connections, engaging with local networks, and building relationships that translate into new business opportunities.

Position Overview :

The Business Development Representative will be the face of Integrity Roofing & Construction in new markets, cultivating trust, awareness, and leads. This role will be responsible for driving engagement and generating sales opportunities through community involvement, events, and direct outreach.

This is a salary-based position with the potential of bonus and commission-earning role as the territory matures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, realtors, contractors, and other local partners.
  • Actively engage with local communities by attending events, networking opportunities, and chamber activities.
  • Develop strong connections with homeowners, local businesses, realtors, insurance agents, property managers, and community leaders.
  • Generate qualified leads and work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on territory-specific needs, opportunities, and engagement strategies.
  • Track and report on activities, pipeline development, and community engagement outcomes.
  • Support onboarding and activation of MSAs, preferred vendor programs, regional partner relationships
  • Coordinate with leadership, sales, and operations, to ensure partners are introduced correctly, positioned professionally, and supported through growth transitions
  • Represent Integrity Roofing & Construction with professionalism, integrity, and care.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Highly motivated and hungry to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed, field-based role with accountability for results.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned zones in the Puget Sound region.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Preferred experience :

  • Construction experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Background in referral-based, community driven, or partnership-focused business development
